[edit] Dynamic Related

This article is part of the Advanced Brown Guide. This is all about dynamics, although all I have is relating to pullers at the moment.

[edit] Simple Puller

Dynamic pullers deal with dynamic rectangles and must have a constant tension and a force pulling backwards on the said dynamic.

  1. Add weight, about 15-25 sticks should do the trick.
  2. Build a basic arm underneath the dynamic you want to pull out. [1]
  3. Add a piece of the frame above the dynamic rectangle, as shown. [2]
  4. Add another piece of the frame, as shown again. [3]
  5. Tweak the joints so the contraption falls away from the dynamic, while at the same time pulling it out. [4]

[edit] Troubleshooting

  • My contraption wont grip on the top?
    • Adjust the bottom half of the gripper slightly downward, so the gripper on top has more distance to pull downward before there is tension against the dynamic with the bottom gripper. Its easier to understand if you try it yourself.
