OfficallyHaphazard (commonly abbreviated as Hap) is a very well respected contraptioner that has created 8 OfficallyHaphazard competitions. He is one of the most frequent posters on the forum, equaling over 1900 posts. He is privileged to have an orange name, which gives him moderating rights on the forums, as well as a pink name, which gives him access to a secret area of the forums in which a secret project is being undertaken. He is also a frequent visitor to the IRC. His in-game account is under "mrmaddog"
